Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our merchandise and hygienic standards, we regret that all merchandise bought from Anabellina on-line and in-store is not eligible for returns. Bra sets, men's wear, women's panties, thongs, G-strings, boxers, crotchless panties, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, swimwear (both men's and women's), corsets, bustiers, and any lingerie or dancewear set or any footwear, including shoes and boots, cannot be returned. Excitables Inc. will send back any returned items to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We will only accept exchanges for shoes and boots if you have purchased the wrong size.
We do not allow returns on shoes and boots or any other merchandise.
How do I exchange my purchase?
You can exchange your product in one of two ways.
Drop by our retail store and make your exchange in person.
Mail us your exchange. We do not pay for shipping expenses. It is up to you, the customer, to mail the exchange to us.
