How Do I Return an Item?
Due to hygienic reasons and the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns on any product for any reason.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes, if you have purchased the wrong size, you can exchange a product for the correct size.
This only applies to shoes and boots. You cannot return an item, only exchange for the correct size and only on shoes and boots.

We accept cash and all forms credit card and debit card payments in CAD
Can I use a different payment method?
Yes, you can also pay with Paypal through our website.
Do your prices include duties and tariffs?
Yes, all orders are shipped from our warehouse/retail store in Ottawa, Canada and include duties and tariffs.
Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT drop ship from the US.
All products are IN STOCK and ship the next business day.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes, you can call our store and pay by phone. We accept credit card payments over the phone during our regular business hours.
Do you do home delivery?
At this point in time, we do not do home delivery.
Do you do curbside pickup?
Yes, if you live in the Ottawa area you are more than welcome to come to our store and pick up your order. Simply choose "store pickup" when you place your order online.
Will my order be discretely packaged?
Yes, all of our orders are shipped in either boxes covered in unmarked brown or white paper or unmarked yellow bubble envelopes.
How long does it take for a delivery to be made?
Delivery time is estimated at checkout when you choose your delivery method.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Free shipping is currently offered for all orders that are $100 or more in value.
